Tracie is a senior executive with experience in Management, Technology, Finance, Investments, and Insurance. She began her career in IT as a developer, and quickly moved up the ranks to management.

She has spent the last 10 years gaining valuable insights in utilizing technology to advance business processes, manage resources, and integrate systems. As co-founder of BlueStone Advisors, Tracie is responsible for overall firm strategy, finances, and technology applications & integration.

Tracie earned her undergraduate degree in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida, and later an MBA from the University of Chicago, concentrating in Finance and Economics. She also earned an Executive Certificate, Master of Product Development, from Northwestern's Kellogg school.

Andrew Royce has spent over a decade solving the risk management and insurance needs of the nation's leading private and public organizations.

Andrew began his career focused on reducing his clients' total cost of risk through risk management implementation. Andrew has contributed to the bottom line of many companies through process redesign, technology integration, and innovative methods to improve execution involving risk management and insurance practices.

With BlueStone Advisors, Andrew is responsible for day-to-day operations, overall client experience, recruiting, and for developing strategic alliances with other companies within the Risk Management and Insurance industry.

Prior to co-founding BlueStone Advisors, Andrew was Managing Director at a national brokerage firm within one of the country's largest financial institutions with over 2,500 employees in 125 offices. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he was a member of the NCAA Division I National Championship wrestling team under coach Dan Gable.
