Johnathon Webb

Johnathon Webb is an Analyst in our Employee Benefits Division at BlueStone Advisors. He joined thefirm in 2024 and has four years of benefits consulting experience. Before joining BlueStone, Johnathon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University with a degree in Actuarial Science and worked at Willis Towers Watson in their Healthcare Immersion Program, where he learned the core actuarial and client service needs for managing health and benefits plans.

At BlueStone, Johnathon specializes in providing financial and analytic insight to clients. He works closely with carriers and clients to ensure our work is as comprehensive and accurate as possible, and that all of our client’s needs are being met. Johnathon works with clients across BlueStone’s entire portfolio and has handled health plans ranging from as few as two lives to as many as fifty thousand. Additionally, Johnathon is always looking to improve the capabilities at BlueStone, and is responsible for developing and improving our tools and models – thereby allowing BlueStone to provide the most modern and efficient solutions in a dynamic industry. To support this initiative and to provide greater insight to our clients, Johnathon is pursuing his ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries), and has passed exams P and FM.

Outside of work, Johnathon is active in his community. He is a member of the Junior Council at Lurie Children’s Hospital, and volunteers with The Sharing Connection. He also enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with his nephew. He is from Lisle, IL.
