Paige Kuffel

Paige Kuffel is the AVP of Client Services in the Property and Casualty Division at BlueStone Advisors. She joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her eight years of industry experience. Paige earned her Property & Casualty License in 2015 and holds a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation. Before joining BlueStone, she worked at Arthur J. Gallagher, a leading brokerage, where she developed deep expertise in the healthcare sector.

In her role at BlueStone, Paige specializes in crafting comprehensive commercial insurance solutions for mid-to-large-sized businesses. She collaborates closely with C-suite executives, ensuring their insurance programs align with both risk management needs and financial objectives. Additionally, she partners with BlueStone’s management team to drive growth initiatives, enhance processes, and foster company culture. Her diverse client portfolio includes manufacturers, medical professionals, and technology firms.

A strong advocate for professional development, Paige continuously seeks opportunities to expand her expertise. Her achievements include receiving the Rising Star – National Award at Arthur J. Gallagher, recognizing her as a future industry leader. She also completed the Dale Carnegie Course to sharpen her leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, later serving as a volunteer coach to support new participants. Passionate about community involvement, she spent a year on the board of Women in Healthcare – Chicago Chapter, serving as Connections Chair. In 2026, she is set to complete her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Based in Roselle, IL, Paige enjoys yoga, cooking, and planning her upcoming wedding. She also loves traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
