Louis Roi

As Chief Growth Officer of BlueStone Advisors, Lou plays an integral role in the growth strategy of the firm and is responsible for hiring talent and managing producers. Lou brings over 30 years of Risk Management experience with specific expertise in Manufacturing, Food/Agriculture, Healthcare and Alternative Risk/Captive Solutions. His background includes the design, consultation and servicing of local and national property and casualty programs for a number of Fortune 500 organizations. While leading the insurance platform in our Chicago office, Lou continues to be involved in the production, marketing and underwriting of creative concepts and solutions for large property and casualty accounts while aiding in the administration of group captives, risk retention programs and other alternative risk management services.

Nationally, Lou is considered an expert on a myriad of food related topics, such as food law regulations, food safety and product recall. He has been invited to speak at local, state, and national events on topics related to the Food/Beverage vertical. He is an industry quoted expert and has been cited numerous times in National Periodicals on product recall and other food-related topics.
