Jeni Aris

Jeni is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of management and legal experience. She began her career practicing law in Oak Brook before moving into business operations in the fitness industry. After managing luxury fitness clubs in Chicago and New York City, Jeni transitioned into HR, drawing on her background in organizational psychology and law. Her roles have included serving as Learning Manager and HR Generalist at The Educational Alliance in NYC, and as an HR Consultant at ADP TotalSource, supporting 75 small business clients. After returning to Chicago, Jeni joined NFP, where she spent eleven years supporting their rapid growth and building the current HR model and culture with an international team. In her tenure there, she onboarded 1000+ employees and integrated 35 acquired companies across the US and Canada.

Currently, as Vice President, HR Practice Leader at BlueStone, Jeni helps clients address complex people and culture challenges with customized solutions. She prioritizes ongoing learning and is focused on expanding her expertise in AI tools for the workplace.
