Frank Milazzo

Frank Milazzo is a Senior Vice President in the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty division at BlueStone Advisors, bringing nearly 30 years of deep expertise in the insurance industry. Since joining the firm in 2023, Frank has continued his mission to provide clients with strategic, relationship-driven insurance and risk management solutions.

Licensed in life, health, property, and casualty insurance, Frank launched his career at a boutique agency, where he delivered advisory services across both health and P&C lines. He later joined CBIZ Insurance, playing a key role in expanding their employee benefits division.

For nearly two decades, Frank served as Vice President at Alliant Mesirow Insurance Services, helping clients navigate complex coverage and risk challenges with tailored solutions and thoughtful guidance.

Motivated by a desire to return to a more personalized, client-first environment, Frank joined BlueStone Advisors to further elevate his consultative approach. He is known for building trusted relationships with clients — both personally and professionally — which allows him to craft financial and risk strategies aligned with their unique goals.

Frank earned his degree in Business Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Outside the office, you’ll find him cooking, staying active, and enjoying time with his children, family, and friends. He’s an avid golfer and a regular on the pickleball courts.
