She blends technical insurance expertise with a collaborative, day-to-day approach, helping clients navigate the complexities of risk management. As a steadfast advocate for clients, Deb works closely with carriers to secure optimal coverage terms and enjoys the strategic problem-solving required to address challenging risks.

Deb specializes in structuring and placing property, casualty, and marine cargo insurance programs across diverse industries, including manufacturing, residential care, real estate, public entity, and financial services. For clients with international operations, she implements and manages master-controlled global insurance programs that ensure seamless protection across borders.

Deb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College.

She is a licensed Property & Casualty broker and holds the Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) designation from The Institutes.
