As co-leader of our Boston Office and National Property & Cargo Practice Leader at BlueStone Advisors, Carl has over 35 years of experience analyzing, designing, and implementing complex insurance and risk financing programs for national and multinational companies. He began his brokerage career at Hobbs Group, LLC, a Factory Mutual company, where he specialized in placing property insurance programs for Fortune 500 companies and other large, technical risks.
Over the past 20 years, Carl has held several leadership positions, including National Property Practice Leader and International Practice Leader. These roles provided him with access to key regional and national underwriting leaders, enabling better outcomes for clients.
Recognized nationally as a property expert, he is known for his technical expertise across a variety of industries. He has also assisted clients in settling more than $80 Million in property and cargo claims.
