Hannah Conroy

Hannah Conroy joined Bluestone Advisors in 2026 and is dedicated to providing attentive support and fostering positive relationships with clients. After graduating from University of Iowa, she began her professional career working at a mental health facility, where she developed a strong foundation in empathy, communication, and client care before transitioning into the insurance industry.

Bringing additional experience in customer service and project coordination, Hannah offers a detail-oriented and client-focused perspective to the team. In her role as Account Coordinator, she works closely with account managers on the Employee Benefits team to manage client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of any issues. She supports policy administration, renewals, and reporting, helping the team deliver accurate and timely solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Hannah continues to build expertise across employee benefit insurance products, collaborates with colleagues to maintain accurate client records, and helps ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. She is passionate about supporting clients and colleagues alike, delivering thoughtful guidance and dependable service in every interaction.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys running, biking, rollerblading, yoga, and any other way she can spend time outdoors. She finds the most joy in being surrounded by friends and family, especially her niece and nephew.
