Bill Tully is a Producer at BlueStone Advisors, where he specializes in delivering tailored Risk Management Solutions. With over six years of insurance industry experience, Bill takes a consultative, strategic approach to helping clients navigate complex coverage needs and risk exposures.

Prior to joining BlueStone, Bill spent five years as an Account Executive at Marsh McLennan Agency, focusing on clients in the Construction, Real Estate, and Manufacturing sectors. He began his career at Gallagher as a Client Executive, supporting a range of national and regional businesses.

At BlueStone, Bill’s expertise goes beyond Property & Casualty—he also collaborates with organizations to align their Employee Benefits strategies with long-term business goals. This dual focus allows him to deliver holistic solutions that bridge the gap between risk management and workforce well-being.

Known for his client-first mindset and strategic insight, Bill partners closely with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders to provide high-touch, year-round service. He joined BlueStone to deepen his focus on building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Bill holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, golfing, and following his favorite sports teams.
